Virat Kohli recently revealed that he was facing depression during the 2014 England series and urged everyone to take up professional help if anyone is undergoing the same. He recently posted three set of images on Twitter and wrote: “Consistency is the key” See the pictures here:
Twitter fans, as usual were happy to see their favorite player in the gym. It’s not the first time Virat has posted about his time at the gym. During the quarantine period before the start of the first Test match in Chennai, Kohli posted a Reel video on Instagram where he is seen riding a gym bicycle.

Virat Kohli would be pumped to go in to play for India in the third Test match against England at Motera in Ahmedabad. The third Test will be played from 24 January. It is extremely important for India to win the match in order to qualify for the World Test Championship final which is to be played in June.
